Antec tricool install

I was wondering if I need to have the rear exhause fan set to the same high speed that the intake fan is set to? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! LEO , May 5, Thanks for the info; I am most concerned about keeping things cool but reducing noise, if possible, is also nice.
