The gutter guards used by Unicorp, however, have small round holes. Those small holes work well with light rain, but heavier rain causes the water to overflow, which makes the whole gutter system somewhat useless.

The house looks even better than I imagined it could. The owner Brain, was very friendly and professional. He seemed personally invested in the success of the project. Unicorp is an outstanding business. We have an unusual exterior configuration, due to a large addition and different roof lines. They analyzed how best to clad the exterior of our windows and replace the wood cladding from the s with Hardie Board. The workers were craftsmen. Everyone was courteous. The project was completed on time. We have nothing but high praise for a job well done and would gladly recommend them to our friends, neighbors and the public generally.

I was very impressed with their work. I had a contractor look at it and he was impressed as well. He is not one to be easily impressed. I am very pleased! Unicorp installed a new roof, Hardie siding, rain gutters, a few new storm windows, and new storm doors. We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed by skilled workers and craftsmen.

Each member of the various crews showed much pride in their work. Doug, the salesperson, and JR, the project manager, worked with us to create the new look we wanted for our beloved ol' house.

We love our "new" home! Great team of professional perfectionists! I can't say enough nice things about them. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and even made changes to accommodate us later on job. I found them to be reliable. They listed to me and made sure that they done what I wanted. They were responsive to change, got the work done as quick as possible and were able to address any problems in a timely manner.
